Founded in Diamante (South Italy – Calabria) by journalist Enzo Monaco in 1994 , This Academy is famous in Italy. The aims of Academy are write in the 2 nd article of Statute: “This association has the aims to create , study in depth and to publicize the genuine chili pepper’s culture “. Today this association of chilli pepper Academy has more than 50 thousand of associated in all the world and seventh academics delegations in the main italian cities.
